Project Description:

A 250 room Luxury Hotel in Berlin, Johannisviertel, a planned mixed-use development on a presently vacant 8.5-acre site within Berlin's historic Mitte district. Tsao & McKown completed the master plan of Johannisviertel in 1999. The developers are the owners of the fashionable Hotel Adlon Berlin, and were also the clients for Tsao & McKown's Quartier 206 in Berlin, which, completed in 1998, has become Germany's most significant high-fashion department store.
