As part of its larger SEVVA project, a 13,000-square-foot restaurant/club adorning the 25th-floor penthouse of Hong Kong’s landmark Prince’s Building, Tsao & McKown transformed this space into a child’s dream-made-real: a cake shop wherein confections morph dramatically into décor.
In Ms B’s Cakery, owner Bonnie Gokson, owner of SEVVA and former communications director of Chanel Asia Pacific, crafts irresistible cakes and sweets beneath a towering 1950s chandelier originally designed for the British embassy in Rome.
